On February 14th, while sitting in the White County Jail on a domestic battery charge, Norris City resident Tony Summers was served a White County arrest warrant for escape from the White County Sheriff’s Department.
Cody McKinney was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper display of registration.
