White County Sheriff’s Department investigates destroyed bicycle

The White County Sheriff’s Department received a report that a mobile home in Concord had been pushed into the Little Wabash River on Sunday.  Deputies arrived at the scene and found that the home was moved from its original location, but was not in the water.

On Monday morning, deputies responded to a call about a damage bicycle in Crossville.  At 7:45am, Donald Boren reported someone had stolen his son’s new bike from the front yard of his residence and destroyed it by cutting the frame in half and cutting off the tires and wheels.  The damage appeared to come from a sawzall like tool.  The bike was recovered next to the home.
