White County Sheriff Deputies Make Two Arrests

While already in the White County Jail, White County Sheriff Deputies handed over to inmate Phillip Millsap three out-of-county arrest warrants. Not only will Millsap face his three White County charges: Retail Theft under $300, Theft under $300, and Burglary, but he will also face three other courts soon.
Millsap is wanted in Jefferson County for a Failure to Appear on a charge of Theft under $300. In Randolph County, his warrant covers the charge of another Theft, but under $500. However, for Perry County, he has charges of Aggravated Fleeing Police, Driving on a Suspended License, and Criminal Damage to Government Property with costs of $50-$10,000.
Only one court has issued a court date, in White County, he will have a Pre-Trial on August 11 at 9:30 am.

Around 2:40 am on Saturday, a White County Sheriff Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was traveling 36 mph on Illinois Highway 41 and crossing the center line.
The Deputy noticed the driver, Grayville resident Chase Kramer, having bloodshot eyes, a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath, and slurred speech.
Kramer consented to a PBT, which came back with a BAC level of .141. He was transported to the White County Jail, where he was issued another test, which came back as a BAC level of .131.
Kramer was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Driving with a BAC level over 0.08. He has a First Appearance set for September 2 at 9:30 am.
