
Up first, Crossville native Albert Rogers in the early morning hours on Thursday.
Deputies noticed Rogers at a residence on Fourth Street in Crossville. They knew there were two active warrants for him, which included one charge for Theft less than $500 and the other charges for Possession of Methamphetamine and Aggravated Fleeing.
Deputies advised Rogers of his warrants and took him to the White County Jail. While conducting a search on Rogers, officers found a smoking device in his inner right coat pocket that was known to be used for the consumption of Methamphetamine.
Along with the two warrants, Rogers also faces new charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Use of Property.
A Preliminary hearing for the warrants was scheduled with a judge on April 14 at 10 AM.
White County Deputies picked up a Norris City man for his Hamilton County warrant on Friday afternoon.
Justin Healy was wanted out of Hamilton County for a 2024 traffic violation of Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Deputies arrived at a residence in Norris City looking for Healy but were told he was not home at the time. Just a few minutes later, Healy pulled up and was informed of his warrant and arrested.
Forty-eight minutes later, White County Sheriff Deputies arrested Enfield resident Dustin Pierce.
Pierce’s White County warrant was for Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine. Pierce was detained without finding any contraband on him and escorted to the White County Jail. He was later released under the Pretrial Release conditions and will have his First Appearance for the warrant on April 21 at 9 AM.
