40-year-old Kimberly Smith of Oak Street is behind bars following her arrest by Carmi Police Monday night. It was just after 7:30 when Smith was arrested at the corner of Oak and 6th. She was wanted out of Hamilton County on a warrant that dates back to September 13th on a charge of Possession of Meth. She’s due before Judge Morgan in Hamilton County Tuesday morning and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for December 17th.
