Sleep Awareness Week
It’s sleep awareness week and there are plenty of things you can do to improve your sleep.
Experts say we should be getting seven to nine hours a night but reports indicate the younger you are the more sleep you should be getting.
Other doctors say the best ways to improve your sleep include increasing bright light exposure during the day and decreasing blue light exposure at night. That’s the light that comes from your phone or tablet.
Don’t drink caffeine late in the day and try not to nap.
