A Carmi man is out on a Notice to Appear following his arrest Tuesday evening. It was just after 6pm when a Carmi Police Sergeant pulled over 30-year-old Tyler Secrest at the intersection of Cherry and Main Cross. Secrest would be placed under arrest on a charge of Driving while License Revoked and also cited for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He was processed and released about an hour later with a future court date in White County.
