The White County Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for HVAC Upgrades, Phase 2 at Projects IL-68-1/Norris City, IL-68-2/Crossville, and IL-68-3/Grayville. Bids will be received in a single lump sum proposal until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on the 30th day of July 2026, at the office of the Public Housing Authority, 500 4th St., Crossville, IL 62827. Bidders will be required to follow all procurements polices set by HUD and the White County Housing Authority, this shall include a Bid Guarantee.
