A plea agreement was entered into Hamilton County Court on Monday. 27 year old Marylou Reynolds of Eldorado pled guilty to one count of Class 3 Felony retail theft in exchange for a sentence of two years of probation. In addition, Reynolds was order to pay $3500 in restitution to the victim.
Reynolds was accused of stealing money from a safe at a residence in Broughton on June 24, 2015 while employed by the victim. Among the stolen items was a rare $1000 bill.
The case was investigated by the Illinois State Police.
