The City of Carmi will have a planned power outage on Thursday, May 14, 2020 from 4:30am- 6am for the purpose of updating substations. The following areas will be affected:
-North Carmi west of Hillsdale
-South Carmi west of 5th Street and west of Montgomery Circle
-Plum Street east to South Main Cross and south of Main Street to Webb Street
