According to court documents from Wednesday, only two individuals entered into plea deals during White County court, and one Mt. Carmel man had his charges dismissed.
According to online court documents, 36-year-old Mt. Carmel resident Heath Winebarger had his two charges dismissed at the victim’s request. Winebarger was facing a charge of domestic battery and disorderly conduct from an incident in May of 2026.
Moving on to the plea deals.
Kelsi Mann’s plea deal saw her agree to two years of probation, pay court costs, serve a six-month stayed jail sentence, and complete treatment for her Class 3 Felony charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. Her other charges of expired registration and unlawful possession of cannabis were dismissed per the deal.
29-year-old Crossvillian Logan Ray was ordered to serve two years of court supervision and pay a fine for his unlawful possession of cannabis charge. Two other charges were dismissed in the plea deal: operating and uninsured vehicle and suspended registration.
