The White County Sheriff’s Department has arrested yet another man who has failed to register himself on the Sex Offender Registry.
On Tuesday, a deputy served an arrest warrant to Norris City resident Roman Yates.
Yates was taken to the White County Jail, where he was held until he saw a judge on Wednesday morning. Yates was released with the judge stating that his Pre-Trial release will be revoked if Yates commits any further crimes.
A Preliminary hearing was set for January 28 at 10 am.
