The Carmi-White County Girls Golf team took part in the Black Diamond Conference tournament yesterday at Franklin County Country Club, and the Lady Bulldogs finished in 6th Place out of 11 teams.
Katelyn Davis shot a 106.
Eva Grogan shot a 114.
Bri Hale shot a 119.
Sophia McCully shot a 121.
Emma Legg shot a 145.
Makenlee Holloman shot a 149.
The Lady Bulldogs will take part in the IHSA 1A Regional on Tuesday at Mt. Carmel.
The CWC Boys Golf team will head to Franklin County Country Club today for the Black Diamond Conference tournament.
The Carmi-White County Jr. High Baseball and Softball teams will travel to Flora this afternoon for the first round of the SIJHSAA Regionals. Good luck to the Bullpups and Lady Bullpups!
The Carmi-White County Football team will travel to Fairfield tomorrow night for Week 5 of the Illinois High School Football season, and it is also Rivalry Week in the Black Diamond Conference. The Bulldogs enter this week with an 0-4 record as they are still looking for their first win of the season, Fairfield comes in with a 3-1 record as they suffered their first loss last week against Sesser-Valier.
Fans can watch and listen to tomorrow night’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. Kickoff is set for 7 PM.
The Carmi-White County Volleyball team will be hosting a three team round robin at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium on Saturday.
The Lady Bulldogs will face Woodlawn beginning with a JV match at 10 AM, followed by a Varsity match at 11 AM. Carmi will then face Robinson with JV at 2 PM followed by Varsity at 3 PM.
