The Carmi-White County Volleyball team will travel to Benton tomorrow night to face Carterville in the IHSA 2A Sectional Semifinals. The Lady Bulldogs come into tomorrow’s match with a 35-2 record after they defeated Newton in two sets in the Hamilton County Regional Championship on Thursday.
Carterville comes into tomorrow’s match with a 22-15 record as they took down Herrin in two sets in the Herrin Regional Championship on Thursday.
Fans can watch and listen to tomorrow night’s match on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. First serve is set for 6 PM.
The Carmi-White County Cross Country teams traveled to Trenton-Wesclin on Saturday for the IHSA 1A Sectionals. Makyla Seibers finished in 6th Place with a time of 18:50, qualifying her for the IHSA State Finals this weekend in Peoria. Congratulations to Makyla and best of luck this weekend!
