The Carmi-White County Boys Basketball team fell to Gallatin County on the road last night by a final score of 59-24.
Hayden Sauls led Carmi in scoring with 11 points.
Kyzen Edwards scored 7.
Justus Tauiliili scored 3.
Merick Millhorn scored 2.
Jackson Bradshaw scored 1.
The Bulldogs start the season 0-1, they will begin play in the DuQuoin Tip-Off Classic next week. Carmi will play DuQuoin on Monday, Chester on Wednesday, Herrin on Friday, and then either Sesser-Valier, Murphysboro, Sparta, or Cairo on Saturday.
The Carmi-White County Girls Basketball team defeated West Frankfort last night at the Harrisburg Preview Tournament by a final score of 41-31.
The Lady Bulldogs improve to 3-0 on the season, they will face Harrisburg tonight at 7:30 PM.
