Back on Friday the Carmi-White County Softball team defeated Benton by a final score of 7-6.

The Lady Bulldogs improve to 3-2 on the season. They were supposed to travel to Fairfield on Saturday for a tournament, but it was canceled due to weather. Carmi is scheduled to travel to Mt. Vernon (IL) on Tuesday, they will then host Woodlawn on Wednesday.
The Carmi-White County Baseball team is scheduled to host Red Hill this afternoon at Eckerle Park, however that game is likely to get cancelled due to wet field conditions.
The Bulldogs are set to be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Lawrenceville, they will then host North Clay on Thursday.
