The Carmi-White County Wrestling team traveled to Olney last night, and the Bulldogs fell by a final score of 47-30.
Cameron Winter, Jazz Duckworth, Cole Evans, and Nolan Aud all won by pin. Dylan Combs won by forfeit.
The Bulldog Wrestlers will be back in action tonight as they host Fairfield at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium.
The Carmi-White County Girls Basketball team will travel to Flora tonight to face the Wolfgals in a Black Diamond Conference battle.
The Lady Dogs come into tonight’s game with a 9-0 record and 3-0 record in the BDC, meanwhile Flora is 0-9 and 0-2 in the BDC.
The Carmi-White County Boys Basketball team will travel to Flora tomorrow night for their first conference game of the season. The Bulldogs are still looking for their first win of the year, they fell to NCOE back on Tuesday by a final of 51-41.
Carmi will then host Sesser-Valier on Saturday for their first home game of the year.
The bracket for the 61st Annual Eldorado Holiday Tournament was released yesterday.
The top 8 seeds are:
1 – Carterville
2 – Massac County
3 – Herrin
4 – Fairfield
5 – Hamilton County
6 – Vienna
7 – Anna-Jonesboro
8 – NCOE
Carmi will face top-seeded Carterville in the tournament’s opening game on December 26th at 8:30 AM.
