A Crossville trustee who was arrested back in May entered into a plea agreement Monday morning in White County Court.
On May 2nd, White County Sheriff Deputies responded to a domestic altercation at a residence in Crossville. When officers arrived, they advised that Kuykendall and her 12-year-old daughter had gotten into a physical altercation, and they were both taken to the police station for questioning.
Miranda Kuykendall pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct, with her charge of Domestic Battery dismissed. Part of her plea deal includes two years of court supervision, anger management and treatment, as well as a $250 fine.
