Hale was arrested in Gallatin County back in March of 2024 on charges of Possession of Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  There were numerous delays in her case in Illinois which led to her being out and able to commit the crime that landed her in Posey County Jail in March of this year.  She’s been in jail in Posey County since her arrest there and will be taken to the Indiana Department of Corrections to serve her sentence.  She’s got a Status Hearing scheduled in Gallatin County for her case here set for November 17th.
