FAIRFIELD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL PAIN CLINIC AND URGENT CARE LOCATION CHANGES
Fairfield Memorial Hospital is continuously growing and expanding to meet the needs of our patients. To accommodate for our expanded growth we have some changes we want our patients to be aware of while visiting Fairfield Memorial Hospital Medical Arts Complex.
Coming soon to the Team of Excellence here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital is Caroline Neff, MD. Dr. Neff is a General Surgeon and will be opening her practice in the new Fairfield Memorial Surgery Clinic. Until our expansion project is completed, Dr. Neff’s Surgery Clinic will be located in the Medical Arts Complex Suite E. Working in this same suite will be the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Pain Clinic.
Fairfield Memorial Hospital Urgent Care which is currently in Suite E will be moving to Suite A (Left). Suite A (Left) is the former location of the Pain Clinic and is located across from the north end of the Horizon Healthcare Suite A Waiting Room.
These changes will take effect on Tuesday, June 25th, 2019. As we progress towards our expansion of Fairfield Memorial Hospital we hope we can accommodate all of our patients during this transition.
