Cancer Care Support Group:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital holds a Cancer Support Group meeting once a month on the second Thursday of the each month from 6-7 p.m. in the Medical Arts Complex (MAC) Community Education Room, with the next meeting being held, Thursday, March 9th.
Coffee Club:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Senior Life Solutions hosts a Coffee Club from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on the upcoming dates: Thursday, March 16th and Thursday, April 13th. The Coffee Club meets at the Kontiki and is open to older adults.
CPR Classes:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital holds CPR Classes monthly on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. You must preregister by calling 618-847-8243. The February CPR class is scheduled for Wednesday, March 1st.
Multiple Sclerosis Support Group:
The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Support Group will Meet Saturday, March 4 from 11 a.m. – 12 noon, in the FMH Medical Arts Complex. The MS Support Group meets the first Saturday of each month.
Diabetes Support Group:
Join FMH on Tuesday, March 7th for the Diabetes Support Group Meeting. They are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the FMH Medical Arts Complex Community Education Room.
Book Fair:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital will be holding their Book Fair on Friday, March 10th from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the Medical Arts Complex (MAC) Community Education Room. All proceeds benefit the Skilled Care Unit Activities and Fairfield Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Rural Trauma Team Development Course:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital will be hosting a Rural Trauma Team Development Course put on by Deaconess Regional Trauma Center on March 14th from 9 a.m. – 4 pm. Individuals who are involved in the care of the injured patient, including physicians, physician extenders, nurses, pre-hospital personnel, ancillary services, and administrative support should consider attending. Health Seminars:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital and Frontier Community College offer Health Education Seminars on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. The March Health Seminar will be held at the FCC Bobcat Den. FMH will have Rebecca August, LCSW, talking about sleep, teens, and mental health. FCC will also provide additional speakers who will focus also on natural sleep remedies and other therapies.

Fairfield Memorial Hospital to host PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Training:
Fairfield Memorial Hospital will be holding a PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) training on Monday, March 27th starting at 8 a.m. The cost is $30 for the PALS course and should a CPR card is needed there is an extra $10 charge.
