Five people agreed to plea deals in court on Wednesday in White County.
In April of this year, Jeremy Allen was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault of a Peace Officer. Allen was given two years of probation, a six-month stayed jail sentence, and complete mental health counseling. According to court records, the judge adamantly stated that if Allen violates his probation, this will be his last plea deal through the court.
Up next, Kimberly Jones was facing three counts of meth delivery of less than five grams from her 2025 case.
After testing positive for Methamphetamine, Jones’ original plea deal was changed to two years of probation and a six-month stayed jail sentence for one count of meth delivery of less than five grams. The other two counts were dismissed.
29-year-old Kathlyn Grant was given a first offender plea deal.
Grant pled guilty to one count of possession of Methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of property, and child endangerment were dismissed per the deal.
She will have two years of first offender probation, 30 hours of community service, a six-month stayed jail sentence, and complete a DUI evaluation and treatment.
A suspended license charge will see Kirby Crabtree serve one year of court supervision, with operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration charges dismissed.
Lastly, Angela Goff entered into her plea deal, pleading guilty to violating an order of protection. Goff’s other charge of prior violation of an order of protection was dismissed. She will spend two years on conditional discharge and a six-month stayed jail sentence.
