In White County Court on Wednesday, an Evansville man was sentenced to three years in prison on one count of aggravated battery according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
29 year old Blake Fisher was incarcerated in the White County Jail serving the remainder of a sentence when he punched another inmate. The case was investigated by White County Jail staff and the White County Sheriff’s Department.
After incarceration, Fisher will be under mandatory supervised release for one year, and Fisher was ordered to pay all mandated fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
Fisher was represented by attorney Jonathan Turpin and the case was presided over by Judge T Scott Webb.
