From the White County Clerk’s Office:
Under 10 ILCS 5/19A-15(a), early voting will indeed begin today February 8, 2018. The ballot used will be the most recent amended ballot certification issued Monday, February 5, 2018. However, the Democratic primary ballot could change depending on the outcome of an appeal being heard early next week on a Candidate for Illinois Attorney General. At this time, if a voter would like a Democrat ballot, the ballot will be sealed pending the outcome of the appeal. If the ballot remains the same, the ballot will be tabulated by the election judges. If the ballot should change after the appeal, the ballot will be remade on the correct ballot by the election judges and tabulated after, with said ballot reflecting that voter’s choices.
