Mt. Carmel, IL – A ticket for the upcoming WVC Foundation Crystal Ball was presented recently to John Day, last year’s “Transfer Instructor of the Year” at Wabash Valley College. “Career & Technical Instructor of the Year,” Judy Neikirk, was not available for the presentation. These instructors are selected each spring by the Student Senate, and scholarships are awarded in honor of these instructors.
Crystal Ball Chairman Karin Hodgson and Ticket Chairman Leann Burton were on hand to present the ticket to Instructor John Day.
The Crystal Ball will be held on Saturday, February 13 at the Eagles Banquet Hall, with the Social Hour beginning at 6:00 p.m., followed by Dinner, and dancing to the “Dueling Pianos” from St. Louis.
