Crossville Fourth of July Celebration
The Village of Crossville will be celebrating Independence Day, a day early this year, with festivities planned for Saturday, July 3rd, including a fireworks display.
Years ago, Crossville was the site of massive fireworks on the July Fourth holiday, so residents of the small village are looking forward to the expected display at dark Saturday night.
The day will include a cornhole tournament, beginning around 3pm at the grade school park. Signs up will get underway at 2. There will be a $30 entry fee per team. The top three teams will win cash prizes. You are asked to bring your own bags and partner.
Brad Cox will be serving his award winning foods throughout the celebration.
Donations to help cover the cost of the celebration will gladly be accepted at the Village office on Main Street in Crossville.
Additional information is available at the village office at 618- 966-2237.
