59-year-old Marion woman Dawn Marks agreed to a plea deal with the state for the count of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by a Driver. Marks will serve two years of court supervision and pay a fine. Two charges were dismissed, including: Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended/Revoked Registration.
Evansville resident, Jordin Taylor, also entered into a plea deal at White County Court for a charge of Driving Under the Influence of a BAC over .08. Per the agreement, Taylor will need to complete a DUI evaluation and treatment, spend two years on court supervision, and pay a fine. Driving Under the Influence, Transportation of Alcohol, and Improper Traffic Lane Usage were dismissed.
