Carmi Woman Charged with Domestic Battery
Carmi Police arrested 25 year old Beth Ann Allen of 225 North Main Cross shortly after 3 Tuesday afternoon on a charge of domestic battery.
According to the Police Department incident report, local authorities were called to the residence concerning an on-going argument.
After arriving at the apartments, Allen was arrested on a domestic battery charge and transported to the City County Jail, where bond was set at $500. Allen remained in custody early Tuesday morning.
