Carmi Police arrested 27 year old Misty McFarland of Carmi following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning. McFarland was pulled over in the 200 block of Griffith Drive just before 2 am and taken into custody for driving on a revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. A search turned up drug paraphernalia and less than 10 grams of cannabis. McFarland was transported to the White County Jail, and is being held without bond pending a court hearing.
