A Carmi woman was arrested following a traffic stop Monday night by Carmi Police. 40 year old Elizabeth Doneghue was stopped at the intersection of Fackney and Smith Streets at 9:19 pm and was taken into custody after officers found violations related to the vehicle’s title and registration. Doneghue was also charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Doneghue is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $150 bond.
