Carmi police make warrant arrest; nab two kids for curfew violation

A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a Carmi man Wednesday evening.  34 year old Randall Flowers was pulled over by Carmi Police at 7:07 pm in the parking lot of the Main Cross apartments and was taken into custody on a White County warrant for theft of services.  Flowers is being held at the White County Jail on a $150 bond.


Two boys, ages 11 and 12, were picked up by Carmi Police just before 2 am Thursday on a curfew violation.  The juveniles were found near Washington School, and were transported to the Police Department and were later released into the custody of their guardians.
