Carmi Police stopped 35 year old Amanda Mitchell of Carmi Tuesday night at the intersection of Main and Staley Streets and arrested her for not having a valid driver’s license.
Mitchell was taken into custody just after 7 pm and was released after posting a $150 bond. She was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
