Carmi Police arrested 37 year old Arturo Escoto-Aponte Tuesday evening at his residence on South Church Street on White County warrants for obstructing justice and theft. Escoto-Aponte was taken into custody at 5:13 pm and transported him to the White County Jail. He is being held on a $1500 bail amount.
At 7:19 pm, Carmi officers arrested 18 year old Micah Sheraden at her residence on Smith Street on a White County warrant for harassment through electronic communications. Sheraden is being held at the White County Jail on a $150 bond.
52 year old Charles Hanmore of Carmi was arrested by Carmi officers at 8:17 pm Tuesday at a residence on East 5th Street. Hanmore was wanted on White County warrants for strong arm battery and failure to appear on a charge of fishing without a license. Hanmore was transported to the White County Jail and is being held on a total bail amount of $1100.
