53 year old Robert Ray Horn was arrested by Carmi Police Thursday night at his residence at 611 N 2nd Street residence on a charge of domestic battery. Horn was taken into custody at 9:13pm and transported to the White County Jail. He is being held without bail pending a court hearing.
20 year old Tyler Falconbury of Norris City was arrested by Carmi officers following a traffic stop at Stewart and Foley Streets early Friday morning. Falconbury was taken into custody on a White County warrant for retail theft at 4:27 am and transported to the White County Jail, where he remains in custody pending the post of a $150 bond.
