Carmi Police arrested 48 year old Timothy Roberts of Carmi at his Burrell Street residence Tuesday evening on a charge of domestic battery.
Police responded to a call at 6:38 pm and took Roberts into custody. He is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $500 bond.
