At 9:07 pm Monday, Carmi Police arrested 33 year old Heather Bond of Carmi for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop. Bond was pulled over at the intersection of 6th and Elm Streets and taken into custody. She was released from the White County Jail after posting a $150 bond.
