Carmi Police arrested 34 year old Lisa Miller of Carmi Monday afternoon on a White County warrant. Miller was taken into custody at 2:17 pm at her residence on Herbert Avenue and transported to the White County Jail. Miller was released after posting a $2000 cash bond.
