Carmi Police arrested 26 year old Robert Hutchinson of Carmi on a White County warrant for domestic battery Monday afternoon. Hutchinson was taken into custody at 1:37 pm at his residence on Oak Street. He is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $500 bond.
At 7:41 pm, Carmi Police arrested 44 year old Jeffrey Churchwell of Carmi on a White County body attachment warrant. Churchwell was taken into custody at the intersection of Main and Walnut Streets, and was also cited for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Churchwell was released from the White County Jail after posting a $100 bond.
