Carmi Police arrested 51 year old Sandy Tyson of Carmi Tuesday night on a Hamilton County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
Tyson was taken into custody at 9 pm at the intersection of 8th and Oak Streets. Tyson is being held at the White County Jail in lieu of a $300 bond.
