3. Approve November 15, 2016 Council Meeting Minutes
4. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
a) The Street and Alley Department Committee will present bids for a new truck and request council approval of bid selected to purchase a new truck.
b) Reappointment of Michael Thomas to the Police Commission for a three (3) year term effective January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019.
5. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard.
6. Reports from Standing Committees.
7. Business or comments from visitors.
8. Closed Session to discuss personnel issues with no action to follow.
