The Carmi Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting a Lunch and Learn program the Chamber hopes will be of benefit to the business community. The September Lunch and Learn will be held at the Carmi Public Library on September 27, 2017 at noon.
According to Ferrell Hospital, “Dr. Joey Jackson will be speaking on behalf of Ferrell Hospital regarding influenza. Dr. Jackson will share with us on the signs and symptoms of the flu, ways to reduce your risk of exposure, the role of the influenza vaccine.
Dr. Joseph Jackson is a Board Certified Family Practice physician and Eldorado native. He is a graduate of Eldorado High School and University of Illinois School of Medicine. Dr. Jackson returned to Eldorado with his wife Katie after completing his residency at Deaconess.
When Dr. Jackson isn’t spending time with his Ferrell Family he enjoys spending time with his wife and extended family. He is a dedicated supporter of the Eldorado Eagles and an avid sports fan. Dr. Jackson attends Star Church with his family where he volunteers to help with various activities including working in the nursery.
