Carmi man arrested on IDOC warrant Tuesday

Carmi Police arrested 28 year old Ricky Rush Tuesday night at his residence on Shipley Street on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant.Rush was taken into custody at 10:15 pm and transported to the White County Jail.  He was being held with bond.
