Author Book Signing at the Carmi Public Library

The Carmi Public Library is pleased to have Bruce Cline, a local author from Harrisburg, IL on September 10, 2024 from 2 – 5 p.m. for a book signing. He has written a new book, Phil Hanna – The Humane Hangman who was a White County native.  He has also written History, Mystery and Hauntings of Southern Illinois which will also be available.
