Carmi Man Arrested on Failure To Appear Traffic Warrant Wednesday

A 36 year old Carmi man, Forrest E. Isson, was arrested by Carmi Police Wednesday, at 2:45 pm, at the corner of Ninth Street and Smith Street, on a Failure to Appear Traffic Warrant out of Hardin County. He bonded out to $225 cash.
