Carmi Police make traffic stop arrest

Carmi Police arrested 53 year old Robert Shaffer of Carmi following a traffic stop for driving on a revoked license Thursday afternoon. Shaffer was pulled over in front of Unique Cleaners and was released from the scene after posting a $150 bond.
