Illinois State Police say one is dead following a traffic crash on Illinois Highway 141 near New Haven. Authorities aren’t releasing much at this point only saying the crash happened just before 4:30pm and involved a truck-tractor grain-hauler. One occupant was pronounced deceased on scene and the roadway remained closed until about 1am Thursday morning.
