Monday court in White County ended with three individuals receiving plea deals for their crimes.
Timothy Bebout was given two years of probation, court costs, a six-month stayed jail sentence, and a DUI treatment program for his charge of possession of Methamphetamine.
Along with the probation, Bebout will be on two years of court supervision and pay fines for a charge of driving while license suspended.
Numerous charges were dismissed in the deal, including: two counts of possession of a controlled substance, no registration lights, operating an uninsured vehicle, unlawful use of property, unlawful possession of cannabis, and false compartment in a vehicle.
Washington, Indiana native Phillip Burton entered a guilty plea of domestic battery. Burton was given two years of probation, pay fines and restitution of $3,973.69, a six-month stayed jail sentence, and no contact with the victim. Another count of domestic battery was dismissed.
Lastly, 28-year-old Kendra Zirkelbach agreed to her plea deal for the charge of domestic battery. She was given two years of conditional discharge, complete anger management, no contact with the victim, and pay fines.
Zirkelbach had a disorderly conduct charge dismissed.
