One Sentencing Hearing and Two Court Supervisions in White County Court

61-year-old Eldorado man, Ronald Scott, has been released but is facing a resentencing/sentencing hearing for his court cases.
On Monday, Scott entered into a plea deal for a Class 3 Felony of Intimidation. Aggravated Domestic Battery Strangulation, Aggravated Assault, and Domestic Battery were dismissed per the deal. The charges date back to June of this year.
That’s not the only court case Scott is facing. Scott admitted in court Monday to violating his probation in a 2024 case. Back in December 2024, he also received a plea deal that saw him plead guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine.
Scott will be back in court for a sentencing hearing for the 2026 case on September 28 at 1 pm.
Tuesday in White County court saw two individuals enter into plea deals.
Norris City native Terry Fulkerson will also serve two years of court supervision and pay court fines for his charge of Reckless Driving.
Fulkerson’s plea deal saw three charges dismissed: Driving Under the Influence, DUI of a BAC of .08, and Expiration of Registration.
And Lexi Mahoney will serve two years on court supervision and pay court fines for a charge of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.
