Carmi Police arrested one individual and cited another on Tuesday night.
Following a traffic stop, Liza Armstrong was arrested for driving while license suspended and given a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Armstrong was issued the same citation back in February and placed on two years of court supervision.
The passenger in Armstrong’s vehicle was Devin Ward. Ward was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger.
Both were given notice to appear and a court date of August 25 at 9 am.
