On Thursday night, the White County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in Enfield regarding a noise complaint.
According to the police report, multiple neighbors have voiced concerns about the extremely loud music, which makes their walls shake. Residents say it happens all the time.
Five complaints were filed against the Enfield house, occupied by Dylan Reich. When officers made contact with Reich, he was advised that he would receive a citation for Disorderly Conduct (Breach of Peace). Officers stated that Reich was argumentative about the city’s ordinances.
When the officer ran a license check on Reich, he realized Reich had an active Coles County Warrant for a traffic offense.
Reich was placed under arrest for the warrant and was taken to the White County Jail, where he was later released with a court date of June 23 at 9 am for the Coles County warrant.
